Use of the supercomputer is measured in system units (SUs), where:
SU is = (charging factor) * (number of processors) * (wallclock time)
Typically the 'charging factor' is one, but may vary depending on the queue in which
a job is run.
Faculty members of Washington Univ. may request in initial "trial" allocation of
1,000 SUs free of charge.
Once the "trial" allocation exhausted, additional time can be purchased.

At any time during the fiscal year users can upgrade their membership level
